A genuinely exciting Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager vacancy has arisen with this leading provider of ‘food-to-go’ packaging. They are looking for an experienced food packaging sales professional with experience of selling to food service companies, bakeries and restaurant chains to join their team. LOCATION: You can live anywhere in the Southeast and you will cover the Southeast as a territory. You will work from when not out visiting clients.
SALARY: Circa £40k (maybe more depending on experience) as a basic salary with an OTE of £60k (+) which is completely uncapped and designed to reward new business. You will also receive a fully expensed company or car allowance, 20 days annual leave and company pension.
You will sell a wide range of ‘food-to-go’ packaging including pizza boxes, ice cream tubs, paper bags, food containers and food boxes to a whole host of end user customers such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries and food service companies (to name but a few).
As Area Sales Manager your role will be predominantly new business initially, building your portfolio, winning new accounts and then managing your portfolio as your area develops. You will book your own appointments, manage your own diary and will work from home when not out visiting clients.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience, you will also have knowledge and experience within the food packaging/food-to-go packaging market. You will be results driven and able to present at all levels. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.
